Engineering is the core of our business. Three quarters of Egis Avia staff are engineers, who work in the Airport Engineering and Consultancy (CIA) department , Air Traffic Management Engineering and Consultancy (CIATM) department, Air Transport (TA) department, Information Technology Solution development and turnkey projects (ITS), and at last Airport Operation.

Egis Avia relies on 177 employees (figures of January 1st, 2008), most of them (85%) being engineers or middle/senior management.
Over the coming years we forecast to recruit a significant number of persons in all our business areas. New employees will join our different skill units and will mainly have project oriented activities in a company with a more and more transverse organisation across its fields of expertise.
