Subsidiaries

Egis Avia takes an active part in the organisation of different parent companies with complementary expertise to ATM, airport, or air operations: airport operations, meteorology, technical assistance in air safety and air navigation, air traffic control simulation.

 

SEGAP

Founded in 1988, this 50% subsidiary (50% Marseille Airport) is devoted to airport operations an is currently operating two airports through local companies: ADL for Libreville Airport (1988) and AERIA for Abidjan Airport (1996).

 

SOFREAVIA SERVICE

Founded in 1975, this 100% subsidiary is dedicated to technical assistance to ASECNA (Agency for Air Navigation Safety in Africa and Madagascar) that gathers seventeen States in Africa.

 

METEO FRANCE INTERNATIONAL

Founded in 2002, this 33% subsidiary (67% Metéo France) is specialized in developing and implementing weather systems infrastructure and service.

GSAC

The GSAC is a public-private economic interest group gathering DGAC (French Civil Aviation Authority, 50%), Bureau Veritas (45%) and Egis Avia (5%). It provides airworthiness oversight on behalf of the French Civil Aviation Authority.

SIMULAVIA

SIMULAVIA is a 31.5% subsidiary (42% Inéo and 26% Oktal) and participates to the development of our ATC simulators on computers.
