Airport operations / Airport management
In terms of airport operations and assistance to airport management , Egis Avia has a dual objective:
- to guarantee the quality, reliability and smooth running of the airport
- optimise the financial return for investors.
These goals have to be achieved despite the rapidly changing environment that airports operate in with heavy economic, regulatory, technical or environmental constraints.
Our unique position covers airport expertise from A to Z and enables us to capitalise on an experience built on the whole life cycle of airport projects . Egis Avia hence develops a global understanding of critical airport challenges such as environmental sustainability, economic performance or social equity.We have a strong belief in the need to adapt the approach taken to each project to its specific needs and constraints. To do this, we combine international management best practice with specific local expertise.
Airport concessions
Egis Avia takes an active part in airport concession projects (design, strategy, investment) and capitalises on the expertise built through the operation and manageemnt of its own airport concessions. Through the Egis group, Egis Avia now operates 11 international airports (13 million passengers and 200,000 tons of freight every year):

- Brazzaville, Pointe-Noire and New Ollombo Aiport in Congo
