Competitiveness Clusters

Egis is an active member of 6 competitiveness clusters:

  • Ville et Mobilité Durables (Sustainable City and Mobility) in the Ile-de-France region, focusing on the design and development of sustainable, solutions for cities and travel in the 21st century. Michael Ray, Egis' Technical Director and Director of Innovation, is the Executive Vice President of this cluster.
  • Mov’eo , dedicated to automobiles, safety and intelligent transportation systems. This cluster, which is spread out over 3 regions, involves 700 companies and 35,000 researchers. Egis Mobilité is conducting a project focusing on the validation and qualification of road-related service pricing equipment and systems (toll booths and other services accessible from the vehicle. Egis Mobilité's Deputy Director Martial Chevreuil is a member of the Board of directors.
  • Lyon Urban Truck & Bus 2015, mainly focused on the city bus of the future.
  • I-Trans (Nord-Pas-de-Calais region) on goods and rail transport
  • Gestion des risques et Vulnérabilité des Territoires (Risk management and Regional vulnerability; PACA and Languedoc-Roussillon regions).
  • Aerospace Valley, an international-scale cluster located in the Midi-Pyrénées and Aquitaine regions, including projects on the Galileo applications in the transportation community.
