Imagina 2010 award for 3DWeave and Egis Avia
"Abidjan Airport 2010-2035" awarded "Best Communication and Promotion film" in the "Landscape & Territory" section at Imagina Awards. This prize honours the talent of 3D Weave as a creator for this simulation film produced by Egis Avia.
This simulation film features the development of Abidjan Airport for the next 25 years (2010-2035). It presents through a dynamic and realistic vision the investment plan designed by AERIA. AERIA is the concession company in charge of operating Abidjan Airport. It is a subsidiary of Segap, a company jointly held by Egis Avia and Marseille-Provence Chamber of Commerce.
The movie features new terminal, new industrial zone, new A380 hub and other modern landside and airside infrastructure programmed for the development of Abidjan Airport.
Imagina is the European 3D simulation and visualisation event. Each year, the Imagina Awards recognise and reward the best 3D modelling, simulation and visualisation films applied to a particular sector: Media & Entertainment, Architecture & Urbanism, Landscape & Territory, and Industry. The 2010 edition took place in Monaco from February 4 to 5.
